My insurance went up this year and my coverage came down...not to mention my prescription insurances really went up this year and the coverage significantly came down as well...In December when I filled one prescription it was $11.00 This month when I went in and filled it it was $30.00 and real problem with this...well the pharmacy showed me the bill without insurance and it was only $38.00....Thanks for the savings insurance but its almost not worth it...
Yeah. My health insurance coverage changed to this "BIG MONEY SAVING PLAN!!!!"
Needless to say, my seizure meds that were formerly 30/mo are now 50. Same with my allergy and my migrane meds, so now I am shoveling out 60/mo MORE in prescriptions alone. And those are just my regular meds.
But the worst part about the whole thing is that I needed to see a doctor today, and I found out that mine doesn't take my new insurance, and that I could not be seen by any NEW doctors until I got a regular check up first. Meanwhile, I am downing percocet and pretending that nothing hurts while trying to make phone calls to get shit resolved. And now, I have an appointment, thanks to the kick ass guy who works for TACs insurance, but its in Kaysville.
Oh yeah, and the plastic surgeons I need to finish getting Misha's face work done? NOT FUCKING COVERED. NOT ONE.
WOO!
And welfare crackwhores with 17 kids? Free health insurance, paid for by the state, all meds paid for, no co pays.
