1. Patients who go out of their way to say thank you.I take care of a lot of really sick people. Many of them are very ungrateful and rude. I never take it personally. I realize that many of them are stressed and don't know how to deal. It's really nice when one of them stops and thinks to say thank you though. So many days I go without hearing

When I was in the hospital, the nurses were all so so great to me - the doctors were a little rude, brusque and only bothered to talk to me for five minutes. And don't even get my started on the administrators! When I got out, and got home, I sent a thank you card to the nurses station

And I love shopping for the people I love too! Now that B is out of town again, I have a couple of other things I have stake out that I need to pick up for him.
