Every week I eat less and less food uts not a concious decision, it's not like I conciously say I don't want to eat. Quite the opposite actually...I want to eat I just can't bring myself to...I lack the desire...if that makes any sense...kinda contradictory I know....I go I get my food and then I only eat about half of it...my hunger hasnt ceased..

also carry alittle snack around just in case you get hungary during the day
