Just some notes to myself on new techniques learned....
Sasae Tsurikomi Ashi
Harai Goshi
This is a great transition from a failure of one throw to another. Its also fairly high success. I remember Ron was drilling the hell out of me to fight like this before I left his school. Check out the end of the video for his this technique kills if done right.
We also did some two new submission on the ground. One being a step over armbar from side mount, the other being two nifty guard armbars. Cant find images of these, as BJJ videos/gifs are usually crap on youtube.
I still suck at my takedowns, I'm okay on the ground though and I almost submitted guys who have been there alot longer than me, but I have alot more training to go.....
