You know the drill; comment here if you've ever interacted with Parsee, even for one thread, and I'll write up what she thinks of them in this post.
I'll sticky this/make it pretty later.

Satori Komeiji
(( The Sharp-Tongued Mindreader ))
The two underground inhabitants share a relationship that borders on unhealthy, full of mutual dislike and yet an inability to avoid each other. Satori rarely passes up the opportunity to troll Parsee....but even if she refrains from saying unpleasant things, Parsee will taunt her until she does. The reason is simple; as much as Satori's words cut continuous wounds in the bridge overseer's self-esteem, she can't imagine a life without those barbs. Parsee needs that verbal abuse, regardless of how much she hates it, because that pain helps to keep her self-hatred intact, reinforces the negative and despairing world she's built around herself, and fuels the unhappiness and spite that keeps her going. At the same time she can't help but trust Satori when it comes to certain matters, although she won't admit it, because the other girl is a (painful) comfort in her life just by the virtue of being constant. And underneath this strange blend of hatred and need, Parsee harbors a buried, secret desire to get to know Satori better.

Komachi Onozuka
(( The Lazy Shinigami ))
One could almost say that Komachi is Parsee's opposite; easygoing and friendly, she's proven to be equal parts irritation and enjoyable company. As much as Parsee might act otherwise, Komachi scores points by being so persistently upbeat and difficult to drive away; the bridge overseer is drawn to those qualities just as much as she hates and shies away from them. However, she's yet to give in to the shinigami's suggestions that Parsee should value her own life and happiness.

Cirno
(( The Boastful Fairy ))
A fairy from above ground, there's a lot about Cirno that reminds Parsee of Yamame; she's loud, persistant, and doesn't understand personal space. This, coupled with Parsee's own muddled and conflicting impulses to both be nice to Cirno and push her away, makes interacting with the fairy almost sweetly painful because of how familiar it is. She wants to learn more about Cirno, despite how irritating and exasperating she found the girl to be....but she can't help but believe that Cirno would be better off if she never spoke to Parsee again.

Patchouli Knowledge
(( The Wizard of the Week ))
Simply put, Parsee resents Patchouli's repeated attempts to get her to directly cooperate with the other Gensokyo inhabitants. She doesn't want to hear how her jealousy manipulation powers could be used to help anyone, or how she could be of use to other people- she's spent too long trying to convince herself otherwise. If anything, the idea has only made her more tempted to lash out at everyone and prove her own worthlessness once and for all.

Kanako Miyamae
(( The Hemorrhagic Spaz ))
To put it lightly, Parsee doesn't understand Kanako, neither her kindness nor her nosebleeds or why Kanako wanted to hang out with her. She thinks of Kanako as a big, dumb, sweet-natured puppy who shouldn't have to endure getting kicked in the face- which, Parsee knows, is all she'll manage to do if Kanako sticks around. She's intensely jealous of Kanako and refuses to acknowledge the sentiment being returned; as far as she's concerned, there's nothing about herself to envy. To make matters more complicated, Parsee's even more hesitant than usual to form an attachment, no matter how denied or buried, because what if Kanako leaves just like Mugi did? It's a selfish and irrational thought, but that's Parsee for you.
