hospitals... yeah im getting sick of them

so i havent gone to school once this week.. cuz i did something real awful to my back. i dno how i did it, the doctor said it must have been building up for a while.. but i dislocated the vertabra in my back?? so tuesday morning i was getting ready for school & all of a sudden there was this like.. EXTREME pain in my back & i couldnt even move AT
