There are a few areas in my writing life I'd like to focus on in the new year. I would like to let go of some of the over-thinking that trips me up in finishing my current draft. Every time I knock that critical little editor off my shoulder, he manages to crawl back up to point his bony finger at every trite phrase or tired metaphor I may have
