That's really cool! I remember one time I went down to U of I to visit Brett and ended up practicing with his Ultimate team. And I hadn't really done much physical activity in quite a while. After playing for about a half hour I thought I was going to die ;-)

omg. feeling like i might die does not even begin to describe how i feel today. *lol* i had a massage and it didn't even help. i can barely even walk! but it is SO worth it!! :D
