Insult was added to injury today when Björn went to the chiropractor due to back pain and ended up getting a cracked rib during the adjustment.

Perhaps the chiropractor lived by the Swedish proverb "ont skall med ont förgås/fördrivas"? In any case, I wish for him a quick recovery.

Yikes! This is what I worry about. Part of me would love to go have my back cracked, the other part worries that it's not a good idea. Wishing Björn a speedy recovery!
