The digits on the scale have stood completely still for almost three weeks but I've decided to focus on the digits I read every morning on my blood glucose monitor: beautiful tiny numbers that confirm that I am living without diabetes.

Those digits on the scale will change....but the blood sugar numbers on the monitor are VITAL!! So proud of you!!
