After being on Weight Watchers for a week, I weighed in tonight and lost five pounds. I'm very proud of myself. It's not a lot conpared to the ultimate goal, but it's a helluva good start. I'm very pleased and only encouraged to continue! Yay for me ( Read more... )

I did it. I registered for Weight Watchers. I'm proud of myself. I even went to the meeting by myself (Sam couldn't come because she had a bunch of study dates today).
