The community- ah, is this in part what your intention is? It still lacks the structure Minato-san and the rest of...us were looking for, I suppose. Recent attacks, happenings with Akatsuki, Madara, Orochimaru and then the Animus- a very obvious shift in power and balance. The reactions of the city as a whole are still divided.
