Oh God this is gonna be tl;dr central, you people.

Ho-kay, so. Handy. The TARDIS obviously loves Handy, because he is the Doctor, and she can't not love the Doctor. She even loves the Valeyard, so Handy is a shoe-in for her Doctor-y love. Canonically, she also loves Handy because he's part Donna, so that's like double the love or something. Screw you Doctor for taking them both away from her >O

*cough* Anyhow

In R/s, obviously the TARDIS loves Handy for being the Doctor, but also because he is Handy and, more than the Doctors, shows his appreciation. Maybe it's the Donna. But while most of the time the Doctors overlook her butthurt because, well, they always do come back to her, Handy tends to realise that oops, they're taking her for granted and so he isn't as big an ass about the whole thing. He actually says 'I'm sorry' and means it and doesn't go running off again two seconds later. She likes that ( ... )

The Master is a lying, cheating asshole and she hates his guts :| Only not really because she remembers him as a child and desperately misses him, but she won't admit it because he's hurt her and the Doctor far too much and she doesn't want him to know she misses him so she'll just pretend she hates him and try to kill him so she doesn't have to remember Koschei.

Basically, her relationship with the Master is complicated.

Crane! The TARDIS is sorta meh about Crane right now. He likes books and is intellectual so yay! But she's also only just met him and so she's got that whole 'I'm better than you inferior human' mentality thing going. I'm sure she'll warm up to him. And then he'll turn her many fears against her and it'll be Dietrich all over again and /sob

She likes Sam! Sam looks like the Master but isn't and that automatically makes him better because hah, take that Master. He stole your face and is cooler than you, pffft. She doesn't really care about his morality, but she appreciates his conviction. She would approve of him ( ... )

Well. In canon, the TARDIS both likes and dislikes Rose. The big thing is that Rose loves the Doctor. That's like the no-no of no-nos, save, uh ... killing him. But at the same time, this is after the Time War, so the TARDIS' possessiveness is slightly different. She's still fiercely loyal to the Doctor and protective, but she can also accept he needs others. Others like Rose. And so she appreciates what Rose does for him at least through S1, S2 starts grating and let's not get into how he treats Martha because of Rose.

Unfortunately, the TARDIS hasn't had much chance to interact with Rose in RP, but she was fond of the previous Rose and so I think she'd be of this one, as well. Particularly since she isn't as clingy as canon!Rose :|
