I expect that is why my payments stop in February instead of March, but indeed even with ten payments each one should have been around £92... oh well ( ... )

I wonder if I count as an occupier when unemployed...

I know we pay 10 installments and that they waste no time in taking you to court for non payment. Had trouble with that in Bristol when they told us to wait until we got the bill, no bill came for several months but when it did we did get a court fees charge added. I never did see a summons.

The problem isn't non-payment, it is just that their systems can't add up!

I'll given them a phone call as well on Monday or Tuesday to get it sorted out.

from your comment above
if it doesn't I will simply cancel the direct debit and I will pay them at my leisure (February) because they've been taking my money at their leisure

I know I wasn't clear, we didn't pay for May-July on their suggestion because they couldn't add up and were going to get back to us with a proper bill. Before we knew what we were supposed to pay we had been charged for non payment. But that was Bristol not here

Good luck getting it SCAM to give you a straight answer.
