So, I'm manning the crisis line this evening, as I do most Fridays. I don't mind it at all. In fact, I usually really like it. I enjoy making a difference in the lives of people, which is why I want to be a social worker, I guess

You must get some crazy calls! Years ago I worked the front desk at a police department. It sure got interesting sometimes.

I'm sorry you're feeling irritable. Co-workers (even volunteer ones) can sometimes suck.

I hope you have fun up north. I also hope your family is supportive of you. Nagging does NOT help!
