Carolines birthday today. Went, was sad on the bus over, didn't want to socialise but didn't want to miss it so was stuck in a catch twenty two.
Stayed, had curry and cake. Talked and pretended to be sociable when all I wanted to do was stab everyone in the eyes and go hide under the tables. Think I got away with it.

Okay, so I am currently on an up cycle, having just come of a pretty bad down cycle. Not seriously bad, there was no alcohol and clifside walks this time, but it was pretty bad. Gragh, Ihate summer. I can not sleep. My joints are swollen because of the heat and I can not get comfortable even naked with the windows wide open! Role on winter.

At least the days are now getting shorter at last.
