They could've been! Maybe! ...Probably not, but hey, I like to think that Chrono and Shader at least kept in contact after the epilogue.

See~ I thought he died with Rosette since he was in such a bad condition after the battle but I could see him surviving too since he still has his horns tho does that work after Pandy is gone? -o__O-;;; It would have been really really nice if it did~~ -TTWTT- <333

Oooh, that's true. I've seen that theory before. I think it's pretty up in the air in the manga (...unless I'm wrong?), although I've always assumed that Chrono must still be alive because of the flowers-on-the-grave thing. I mean yeah, it's implied Shader might be doing it, but since she didn't really know Rosette I have a hard time seeing her do that...(On Joshua's grave or something, I can see, but just Rosette's?) So yeah, that's my train of thought. He might've died with her there, though, it's really hard to tell.

Well, let's see...I've been going through and reading your stuff, and so far I've read Oratorio; Philia, Eros, Agape; Grave Goods; Asherah; and Chronology, plus I'm in the middle of reading Perfect Mind. I've loved all of them, but I think my favorite so far was the short story in Chronology with Aion going out grocery shopping. XD That's probably an odd choice, but I really love Aion as a character (particularly in the manga) and it's really fun to see him in a setting that's a little less grim. (Actually, some of the sentences of Chrono and Shader doing things in the modern era were probably inspired by that story and some of your other ones.)

I've read some of the fanfics you recommended for crack_van, too, and I loved the Aion/Chrono one done for this challenge, which is how I found out about that community and decided to write a few for it! (although I only realized after I started writing that I'd settled on the same theme set as the Aion/Chrono one. XD)

The anime was almost my introduction to the series--I'll admit it, part of the reason I wanted to see it was because I'm a fan of one of the actors in the dub--but my friend that was a CC fan and got me interested in the series strongly suggested I read the manga first. XD So I did, and that probably ruined the anime somewhat for me (although there's a lot of things I like in the anime, so I don't hate it--I just have a hard time not comparing it to the manga). I think the changes in Aion and the sinners struck me the most, although it was partially because my friend had told me about the changes to Rosette, but skipped over the changes to Aion. I didn't notice too much of a difference in Satella's character, though...

I do like how you've mixed the two together in Perfect Mind. ^^ It's an interesting way to extend the ending, and it's nice to see anime!Joshua be a little more, uh...aware?

He turns into a spy?? Okay, I'm going to have to make sure to finish PM and the sequels, then. XD I can actually see him being in a career like that, as long as he could pass any mental health tests they'd give him. I'll probably get around to Comic Book Heroes, too, since I was wanting to read all of your CC fics.

I definitely will! <3 I once wrote a set of fics based around a character in my other main fandom using a set of themes from 31_days, and I've been wanting to do that again to give me some prompts for some Chrono Crusade fics. The theme for the 13th is "feral child raised by puppets", which I think would work great for a fanfic from Joshua's perspective.
