I just got a call from the hospital informing me that I'm a grandma!  Seriously.  They mistakenly thought they were calling Ashley''s mom, not her teacher.  The call ended with, "Congratulations Grandma!"  I didn't correct them.  Ashley (one of my students) had a C-section ("they cut me open") earlier this evening and has a healthy baby boy.
