so i was reading an old entry from that group that mar formed about a year or two ago. I came across the one where mar asked us if we thought that giving or receiving oral sex was losing your virginity. i read everyone's posts and i figured i'd open that question back up. so, if you still feel the same way post again as a comment here, but let's ( Read more... )

Kind of an awkward question, I don't ever remember reading this one. As for my opinions: I don't think that giving or receiving oral sex constitutes losing your virginity. I think that it's actually a good way for couples who maybe aren't ready for sex or something to do. As far as not being virginal, I think maybe a person wouldn't be "innocent" as they were before or "pure" or w/e, but I don't think they would be not virginal (w/e that means) lol

I guess I associate "virginal" with "inexperienced." Other than that, I still agree with what I've said before.

Hmph. I don't really remember this post. But seeing as I'd like a go at answering..Virginity = no penetration. nuff said. As to the virginal idea, I'd equate that with innocence or inexperience. So, if you feel innocent, consider yourself virginal.

Really, I consider the whole virgin, not a virgin thing a desicion you make. Hell, Hea Joo's mother holds to it that she's still a virgin. A frame of mind. For instance, if I had been raped as a small child, I think I'd still consider myself a virgin.
