Ny Quil doesn't help with my sleeping. Just don't over due it.

I use to take Ny Quil to pass out at night, after taking three times as much as I should have, it finally sunk in that the shit doesn't work after using it for a few days. -_-

Stress sucks, tear something to shreds just for the hell of it, it'll make ya a little less tense.
