It's a bright and sunny day. The temperatures are still freezing, but it IS bright and sunny. So I thought I would be extra good and ride my bike to a lunch date with a friend. Back in September, a friend gave me her exercise DVD's, and I kind of did them for a while. I didn't keep it up though, and looking back, I realize I just wasn't in the right mindframe, and my health was a real obstacle. After what's seemed like months of rain, snow and generally wintery weather, the sun came out today! So, I headed to the dog park, even though I knew the mud would be knee-deep. Boy, was it ever! Yay for longstanding grudges!
I'm selling this really crappy old sword on e-bay. It was never pretty, butat this point it's also very rusty and coroded and dull. Dave bought it at a gun show for $25. It has historical significance though, in that it has the Toledo smith's stamp on it marked 1889. It was probably captured in the Spanish-American War. I had a bidder e-mail ( Read more... )
