I'm just in "awe" of Carter Burwell's scores. They're so beautiful and emotional.

A co-worker made me a collaboration of film scores and threw in a piece from The Man Who Wasn't There, I forgot how beautiful it was. I've just been playing it on repeat saying to myself, "...after all, I was just the barber".

Just Veidt it!

I just watched Akira Kurosawa's Ran for the fist time in my life. It moved me deeply. It was a masterpiece. It ripped me apart.

I wish I could say more, but I'm trying to compile my thoughts.

And on that note, R.I.P. Arthur C. Clarke. I may not be the smartest man, but 2001 was a sure pleasure to read-thanks to Jessica for giving me the book.
