Stupid snow! I was out making a snow man because the snow was perfect, and it changed consistency on me half way through. :/ So I was pushing around a medium sized snowball that kept getting denser but not larger because the snow wasn't sticking anymore and the top layer was suddenly a coating of ice! D'awe~ The great giant teddy bear of a puppy I check in on now and then (woo 'nother client!) decided he was going to be snuggly today. I really do mean a giant bear of a puppy too, he's not yet a year old* and when he stands up he can easily put his paws on my shoulder and is about eye-to my chin height with me. Delivering newspapers is going to fun today. Yesterday it rained, then it froze, and now theres a layer of snow on top. Eesh. Last night when it froze it actually was all pebbled ice, like a curling rink. Would've been perfect if you felt like outdoor curling, though its a bit lethal to walk when its on slopes ( Read more... ) -

T_T Why am I still awake! I have to be up early early again tomorr-today? to go look after the (so not technically a) puppy again. So wired. Gonna be so tired again tomorrow.

Petsitting for one of the old dogs in the neighbourhood for a while. She's a hard one, because she's blind and shaky and you can see her gradually deteriorating. There's not a lot I can do but help her take her meds, try to convince her to eat if she will, and talk to her since she's blind. I keep wanting to type up a post. I don't really seem to be able to write anything productive though so hopefully this will suffice to kill the urge until I actually have something coherent to say.
