DON'T BE SAD!!! BEING SAD IS UNACCEPTABLE BECAUSE EVERYONE IN KIRKSVILLE IS TOO FAR AWAY TO GIVE YOU A HUG!!
Give yourself a reason to get up early by scheduling something or going out in the morning on a walk or something. The massive amounts of sleeping is definitely a symptom of depression, but it could also be that your body doesn't feel like it has anything to do so sleeping makes time pass by easier.
Try keeping yourself awake by going to a library or figuring out if there are any local gatherings that might interest you? Something you can walk to so the gas money isn't an issue.
Also, maybe the places are wanting you to visit in person and show persistence. I know that's how things were for one of my friends. Another option is to go with any kind of part-time work you can pick up so you at least don't have money issues for daily life and something to pass the time.
Meh, I sound like my OWN mother frequently anyway. :P
...holy crap. That's almost the size of Kirksville in a subdivision.
Also, good for you!! I'm glad your leg is okay, make sure to warm up and then stretch since that'll help keep your muscles from cramping up. Taekwondo has been helping me stay more in shape and I'm hoping to find somewhere near home this summer to continue taking it.
I'm going to be in Texas in a few weeks to visit Shelly at Texas Tech and see their graduate program, but from what I gather it is very far from Fort Worth.
With all those residencies in the subdivision...lemonade stand?
Good luck though with the job hunting. :( I hope something comes up soon.
Heh, I do warm up and stretch, in fact I use my old Tae Kwon Do routine as exercise :P I think I strained it doing too many side-kicks, but I'm not sure.
Lemon-ade stand wouldn't work very well, since 1) I'm not a cute little kid, and 2) I'm in the small sub-division, it's like a half-mile to the other one, and this one is mostly empty houses. I got my tax return though, it was much faster than I thought, so I'm doing all right now.
