Just to be obnoxious, I decided to get a vanity plate for my car using randomly determined letters to drive people nuts trying to figure out what my plate means. So, I took my trusty mini boggle game (with limited gameplay), and decided to use the first 6 letters. The first six letters - O-C-T-A-V-E. I dunno ... I think you lose cool points for choosing the "random looking" effect over the "truly random" effect.

But probably somebody already had OCTAVE....

This is driving absolutely everyone nuts, so far. Goal accomplished. But the reason it's pissing them off isn't seeing the plate ... just being TOLD about it is doing the trick. The DMV/SOS (whatever the hell they call themselves) nearly laughed herself into a snit.
