It's always hard to find your way in a new place... And this one is so big! I guess I could just get a map, but I have a feeling I'll get lost anyway.

I'm surprised I'm able to use this thing. Technology and I don't usually get along very well, but it hasn't exploded yet! Which is a good thing.

Why would it explode?

Well, it's not all that surprising. Some people just have bad luck.

Tokyo. I've never heard of Karakura Town, I don't think. Where's that in?

Oh, it's so nice to meet someone from home! Karakura Town is actually in Western Tokyo. It's not that big, so I'm not surprised you haven't heard of it.

Welcome to Desai! My name is Kyon, and I'm new here myself, but I do a fair amount of roving around, if you'd like a guide.

Oh, a guide would be wonderful since I have no idea at all where I am!

I'm Orihime, by the way. Thank you very much!

You're very welcome, Orihime-san!

Do you have somewhere to stay yet? If not, a tour of the cheap residential areas should be first...

I don't have anywhere to go right now, so that would probably be for the best. I really appreciate it, Kyon-san. I'll have to make it up to you by making you something when I get settled.
