Also, "Strange Fruit" as rendered by Katey Sagal is bitterly ironic given the secret that the sheriff and the AUSA were using to leverage Juice to begin with. Awful.
I didn't notice the creaking trees noise. The wind has been up here a good bit tonight, and me yelling "NO!!" at the tv didn't help me hear anything. Theo Rossi has been so good at playing all the crap Juice is dealing with. So hope he's not dead. But I'm not forgiving Sutter until I see it happen!
The music they use is wonderful, and I really like Katey Sagal's voice.

I don't know for sure about the branch breaking--it seemed like we watched him hang there for an AWFULLY long time--but I'm still thinking maybe Chibs and Tig will get there in time to save them. I just can't quite believe they're killing Juice (and his juicy storyline) off quite this early in the season. Of course, if he lives...Juicy! You got a lot of 'splainin' to doooo...

And if something, tree breaking, Tig and Chibs, saves him, how's he going to explain? I'd like to believe he could tell the club the truth, and they'd help him take out the sheriff, but the racism is so pervasive, I'm afraid they'd kick him out. Unless they do vote in a new president, and he takes a more liberal stance.

Oh yeah, Juice is one of my favorites, too. I really hope they don't kill him off. I don't want to get too spoilery, but from the few things I read it sounded like they were going to "explore" the issue of racism in the club and I don't see that they've gotten very far at doing that up to this point. So maybe Juice will live and they'll have to confront that issue? If they're going so radical as to call for a vote to replace Clay, I guess they could vote on the issue of allowing blacks in, too. Which, of course, would also be destabilizing to the club, as Chibs said to Juice back in the warehouse

Wouldn't have asked about work if I didn't want to know. I've been in labs where we were short and management didn't do anything. The slow down is hard to do, cause it's against all you've been trained to do, and feel personally responsible for, but it does work. Eventually.
Bet micro was a cluster-fuck the next day. One of the worst places I can think of to have a half-trained person. Chemistry's not so bad if the machines are working properly, cause it's pretty clear cut. Too many variables in micro.
OMG....I've always said I wanted DNR tattooed on my chest when I get old, and there's a show on now with a little old lady who had it done! Fully spelled out between her breasts. Apparently it doesn't count cause it's not signed, dated or witnesses.
The problem I see with Juice surviving and explaining to the club ... he DID kill a club brother, and he let the prospects play Russian roulette for a crime against the club that he had committed. It's going to be a pretty tough sell for them to forgive THOSE aspects of his actions. Otoh ... come onnnnnn - this is JUICE!!! We lovvvve Juice and don't WANT him to go away. I re-wound the end. I clearly heard the branch crack and it was only a second or two after legs stopped kicking. My vote is the boy is alive ... for now, anyway.
