The supremely positive thing about this is this: I can write original stuff, which is great, since I have to write a novel to get my MA,
Hopefully lightning won't strike me down for saying this as I'm currently writing fanfic and hanging my hopes on people reading and enjoying, but the fact that you can write original fic matters so much more right now (for you) than writing fanfic. I mean, fanfic is fun and a great release and a good time is had by all, but where are you going to take that ( ... )
