After a year and a couple of months of separation; we headed to the attorney for what I thought would be a "settlement agreement". Hubby and I have (so I thought) worked through the rough times and came to the agreement that we'd split all monetary assets and leave our properties titled as such. Neither of us wanted to split the "Brikarjo Ranch

Time to play hard ball, force the sale of the mine, or tell him he can keep it and you get the ranch lock,stock, and barrel. Make him give up the truck, and the "wolf" truck and have PC or myself come up there and strip the extra crap he bolted on it.

Then go after him for alimony(sp?), take him to the cleaners. You tried being nice and he just turned around and stabbed you in the back...high time to fight back.

I'm sending him a letter to remove ALL his belongings from my property and I'll probably be sending in my paperwork for the restraining order; guess it has to come to this :( He needs to take out his anger on someone other than me; I don't think I need to cry and be upset for days while he gets his jollies; he's one sick fuck for sure. I think I'll never have any peace as long as he's in my life.

Thanks for the support; sorry it has to come to this, I really thought things were going along good; guess he was just buttering me up for the kill. It hurts more than anyone can know. You can read my response to OB.
