Question: what is a mouse with a humanized immune system? Can a human have a mousized immune system?

Its a mouse that has been breed to have no immune system and then its grafted with human tissue it create a function immune system that reacts similar to ours. I would think that it would be possible to have a person with a mousized immune system but that is considered immoral.
