OK so I really need to figure out what the hell i want out of life. Part of me is afraid to venture outside of the crappy admin job because... what if i take a different job and find out i don't like it either? What if I go back for more education and find out I don't like that either. There is a sense of safety in knowing i have a semi decent

Thats so funny because this week I was thinking about joining the Peace Corp. Except they want you to have a college degree and I am 10 credits shy of my associates.

Go ahead and do the Peace Corp thing- this is one of the only times in your life where you won't be tied down to a husband, kids, a house, needing MAJOR income... Besides, it would look totally kick ass on your resume, and maybe give you more insight into what you'd like to be doing. :)
