OK, So some admins complained that their titles don't really match their jobs/pay and they wanted an outside consultant to come in. The consultant started out with an 8 page questionnaire where you had to outline the details of your job. We had an emergency drill at work today to see how our staff responds to an emergency. it was so huge! They called out fire trucks from ferndale and additional aid units.
