*sigh* Another stretch of same-old,same-old. I listened to my Writer's Craft course on the way to work, went in, actually got some things accomplished, (only 5 charts left to review out of 39!), came home, ate dinner, turned on the TiVo and got a little closer to catching up with NCIS. Well, you'll just have to get your excitement through me. The tentative surgery date has been tentatively rescheduled for Feb.24th. I'm hoping to confirm it later today. Stupid surgeon is taking Spring Break off, which means B. will miss more school, we'll probably have to send the girls home without us after surgery but before he's released, and I may be up there for a few days without pay. Like I said, stupid surgeon.

Ah, well, at least it's less time to wait. Fourof us are happy about that. W. wants to put it off as long as possible.

Huh, we're J & W, too.

I know. You've got so much going on, and I just feel helpless/useless out here. I just want to send you a load of my Dull and have you Express ship me some of your Excitement. That would be fair, wouldn't it?

And now StupidSurgeon has changed the dates on you that quickly? Ack! That pushes it awfully close to the other surgery, don't it? I know intellectually the sooner it's over, the sooner things can get back on an even keel, but emotionally? I may be on W.'s side. *g*

J&W! Hee! That means we ought to hang out more then, right?

You make sure to take care of yourself through all this, you hear?

You don't really *want* my excitement. As the kids say, I am 'officially' in full panic mode. I've been fairly blasse about the whole thing(s) - although not so much as my mother, who seems to think that giving away a kidney is no different that say, a cup of sugar - but today, when I called the HR lady to set up FMLA leave, it suddenly hit me. This is serious, and coming soon ( ... )

And at least cousin C is happy about all this. Good to know *somebody* is.

Keep me updated if there are any more changes, and I'll keep you all in my thoughts.
