Crap, I don't know what to say to you. Part of me doesn't want you to see him cuz he's fucked you over so many, many times. You can't be with anyone while he can be with EVERYONE cuz he's supposedly "good-looking" well so ARE YOU! And there comes the whole..what if you DO see him and the possibility that feelings will change and he'll love you just cuz he saw you again. And if you don't do anything now..then maybe he'll never feel that way again...
