No Chemistry`

For anyone who really cares, I met the guy from MySpace... Not what I expected at all. We were two totally different species. He was really nice, jsut not my type, not one spark. How come you can talk to someone on the phone for so long like we did and when you meet in person you just have nothing between you...

wow, dunno, that's a good question, I would have thought you would have clicked with the way you did on the phone.

I guess you can ask the same thing when you fall in love with a friend, that you had no spark with in the beginning. Or fall head over heals and have it fade away.

There is always the possibility that you were almost expecting too much, as per the great conversation you had. That is fine, but maybe it was just a little bit of a let down? Do you think maybe he/you were just nervous? If you feel like you had a good connection over the phone, which is a hard thing to do... then maybe you should take another shot at it. Or maybe you guys just talked about everything and there is nothing left of interest. Either way... good luck.

Well he totally got weird, cuz we messaged eachother again. I told him how I felt because he asked, just giving him the curtousy of being honest, and he just flipped. I don't think I would want someone like that anyway.

Perhaps one of you was nervous? That can totally change the mood of the situation.

That is my problem with the whole internet dating thing. I have NEVER found any chemistry with an internet date. For me, I think it has something to with not having that initial attraction. Without it, in my opinion, you've got nothing to go on. I am not a believer in "he'll grow on you." Probably why I'm single.

EXACTLY!!!! The initial attraction grabs you, the personality keeps you there. Nerves had nothing to do with it, I just know I didn't meet what I was expecting.
