Why I am here

There are a lot of reasons why I'm here... And I don't claim altruism at the top of that list.  (The top of the list is simply the interesting experience, the great students, and good teaching environment. I can't deny that the money is nice, too

Most definitely a worthwhile endeavor- making a real difference in people's lives!

Yeah, I don't know why I couldn't get it to display, but if people have the link, they can still go watch it.

And yeah, it's odd how differently I've come to view education. Being American, I always took it for granted. Now I don't.
