Yeah, I was pretty impressed with the trailer - definitely some good moments - including a pretty feral-looking Beast. And the Phoenix stuff looks great..

Good doesn't begin to describe it. It looks AWESOME!! To see the Dark Phoenix side by side with Magneto and the Brotherhood of Mutants almost gave me wood. *GRIN*

I cannot wait to see this movie!! Only 85 more days !!

i am so pumped about this movie (ok... alot more pumped than Night Watch which I still haven't seen).

They just get better (I think) with each one. I also wet myself during that opening sequence of X2 with Nightcrawler.

I'm going to get the afternoon off work that day to go see it!
Anybody else wanna play hooky and go see it as a group?

Overall they've done (IMO) a fantastic job translating 40 years of published continuity into the big screen...though with this one they've deviated from the canon in huge ways; it'll be interesting to see the fan reaction tot he changes. I for one, loved it...and I have no doubt that some of the drastic changes will be undone in the inevitable sequel(s).

I doubt it...I've never been a Wolvie fan. I like his interraction with the other X-men, but I've always found him pretty boring as a solo character.
