Lizard brain found something to smash.  Unfortunately it somewhat stupidly decided to smash my own ankle.  Lizard brain not very smart.

No fractures, no cast (at the moment) but I am weilding a nifty pair of crutches as my left anke regains the ability to bear weight.  Must control urge to use crutches for belting people.
