Financial aid is making my life miserable. They have lost my tax forms and W-2's TWICE. AS IN TWO TIMES. I've faxed them. I've taken them in person. And yet they lose them. And they are now giving me shit about not having my account in order. No one is friendly. No one apologizes for losing my information. No one says "oh yes, we made TWO mistakes
