The last two mornings I've been giving an hour to journalling. In this case, discipline has paid immediate dividends. Ended up transcribing a dialogue between my current self & my 8yrold self this morning. Cried a lot. It follows perfectly that if every loss restimulates an event that happened at eight, then probably my wacked out emotional ( Read more... )

You're the sweetest maniac I know and I look forward to seeing you.

I may post it. I will at least send it to you. I'm also thinking to post a dialog where I'm explaining maple syrup production to him/me. I too look fwd to seeing you. Did you get my message of yesterday re: accomodations?

The first part of the paragraph makes intense sense to me. In fact, it's something I have done a lot, and found to be very successful in helping me break through to a new, better place, and something that I've heard from others to be very useful. Anyway, thank you for the very clear and vivid description.

Also, I am incredibly curious about tha adventure-nap sculpture.

Across the street from my home there is a block of university buildings with big lawns. Behind them are other buildings with big lawns, and in between, a tree-lined walkway. Under one of these trees, deciduous with leaves like maple only much smaller, there is a large polished chunk of...granite? Not sure the stone. In it's center is a deep hole w/ some dirt in it. My buddy Mat theorises there may once have been water in there. I think maybe flowers, though it's pretty deep for the flowers to end up visible.
The contours of the upper half of the stone are great for lying on & the right size for me to stretch out on & overhung with leaves & in such a place as allows for but does not encourage attention from passersby. I like it there.
