On friday morning, I leave for ten days in Syracuse, Buffalo, Toronto. I'm in a pretty good place to be leaving. Though my back is a wreck, I seem to have concocted a decent management strategy. I am also working through letting go some attachments, of the sort with which the road can be helpful

I would love to know your itinerary. Maybe I would even join you in Syracuse, although that might be wishful thinking given the shape of life now. Still... T'would be nice to see the new baby and all the adults associated with it.

You have been singularly uncommunicative about this trip. I think I've asked you your plans four times in the last two months. Whatever, I am hungry to see you and talk about meaninglessness.

Is rfvh return? Or is the resh some particle or other? I go to Syracuse Friday morning. Had been intending to shuffle off to Beaufleuve sometime on Saturday, but would happily put it off a day if, a) that meant we were in Syr together, and b) my friend Doug were available on Sunday. Intend Toronto Tuesdayish, staying chez james en principe, but would also enjoy spending a night or two with you if you were up for it. Leaving early Sunday 09.08.09 en motocyclette avec james.
