Hello there, I too read your entries and have been meaning to get in touch with you properly for a while now - I promise to do this soon but in the meantime lots of love and hope things are looking up. Lydia xx

[In hope that you might check back!] Such a wonderful surprise to hear from you here, and so nice to learn that you still follow this space! If only there had been better tales to tell of late here... there's probably more positivity ends up at royal_arbor. I would love you to get in touch, and I hope you will forgive why I haven't. There you have been away to foreign lands far eclipsing my disastrous attempt across the pond, and it gets more difficult to make contact because everyone I know who tries it embraces the opportunity with such fortitude - it makes my own collapse feel all the more embarrassing. It is a delight to feel your presence here. I send lots of love back, and am sure the sign from your lovely message is that days of light and reason are ahead.

I shall comment by thanking you for being thoughtful enough to send a card for Christmas, and to also say that we should indeed catch up. ...Should definitely catch up.

Good lawdy - I missed one. Awww... bugger! You're very welcome, squire. I'm glad it made it there safely. And I was glad to send one because you are a stalwart :) You have never moved. To put it another way, you are unmovable. To put it another, you are always there.

I had the Aled album that you sent me some years back in my hand the other day. Your note says there was an interesting story why it arrived late, which you never told me. I'll let you off if you forgive my late reply.

We should indeed catch up. I wish I felt I had something to offer these days. In the words of the famous song, 'I'm not half the man I used to be'; I fear it would be a terrible disappointment to expose you to the man you spent much precious dedication and energy helping to build. To receive a few words gives me spirit, so thank you!
