I got my hair done yesterday. My hair is so dark that they had to bleach the parts I wanted highlighted to get the color to show up. After they bleached it they were supposed to tone the highlights up. Well, the toner didn't work quite like it was supposed to so my hair is a lighter shade of brown and my highlights are blonde.
