OK, I'm all shaven. I think that's everything...

I'm all packed and ready to go...the car's all full of gas, oil level is good, tire pressure is good, mirrors are re-adjusted, my parents have the garage door opener and the keys to the Cadillac and its Club if they need it, the 6-CD changer has 3 new CD's of great driving music (good for the Canada trip too, fellas) + BNL, Goo Goo Dolls, and U2, ( Read more... )

Update on the DC trip. I'm definitely going, and I'm driving the red Honda. Although, since it's my parents' car, they imposed a few conditions. As in, it's used to get me there, and because the club needs me to drive...but once I'm there, it stays parked at the hotel. What a gorgeous day...took a walk down to Oakland to show the Tela Ropa girl my job on the necklace, then back up into Squirrel Hill to see Gino for a haircut...didn't get the haircut, but she liked the necklace, and I went to Record Exchange (for something like the 4th time this week) and I picked up BNL's Maroon...so that was cool. I have new respect for people who make jewelry by hand. Just fixed my necklace, after several mistakes....good as new now though...the girl at Tela Ropa who helped me pick out what I needed told me to come back and show her...so I'll do that tomorrow.
