I got a little stash of cash left to me from a family member and decided a house would be a good investment if I constantly make improvements. Plus my sister and cousins are moving to Conway soon so I have renters.

Wow, that's great. I've been thinking about buying a house and renting out rooms... it makes so much more sense than spending money every month on rent. BUT it's a hard decision if I don't know that I will be in Conway for a long time....
