I have not achieved any of the goals I set for myself so far. Though I suppose I can't be too upset with myself. It's always hard to start new habits. But these are the kind that you're supposed to have started a long time ago. *sigh* Hopefully this week will be better.

Man, today was a pretty great day at work. However, I am in the process of attempting to stop drinking 5 shots of espresso a day. Soooo... Not such a great day.
