So I am trying to lose weight, as I gained 15-20lbs my last year of grad school (gee thanks stress...) and I wanted to make a post of all the good diet-friendly meals that I know and love so I remember that there are foods I like to eat on a diet. I'd recommend:
yogurt + berries (the WW yogurts are DELICIOUS, especially the vanilla)
popcorn (on your list but I should reinforce it)
Fiber One bars, pricey but high-fiber and delicious
some veggie burgers--my favorite might be Gardenburger Portabella
Fudgsicles (45 calories!)
50% reduced fat jalapeno cheddar by Cabot, or 75% reduced fat sharp cheddar
Babybel minis, esp. the light ones

Also good:
egg whites w/ vegetables and just a bit of cheese
"veggie salad" from Chipotle: fajita vegetables, guacamole, black beans, mild salsa, and corn or hot salsa... a bit of cheese if you want, but no dressing, no sour cream. Extremely large and filling and keeps that nasty dressing off the salad :)
