I thought about it, but decided I wouldn't want to export/mirror this community. The layout wouldn't be the same and all the members would be gone, too. I'd like to participate over there a little more in the comms, before I start one myself. Then I'll make a brand new one. :) I have three icontests here on LJ - well five if I count the ones where I co-mod/sometimes-backup mod/in name-only co-mod.

But I think Britist_Itest worked best when the original mod jussy_baby would use stock (like landmarks, foods, etc) in rotation with UK celebs and fandom but I'm really not interested in running a challenge based on individual famous people & I get very bored even thinking about running a stock pictures challenge. I like stock icontests to look at & participate in sometimes, but not to moderate. :)

Yes you may enter icons that include a blend combination of pictures or screencaps, even from different films I'm not being picky this time. So anything like the Sam & Cas icon you're using or the icons below. The only thing not allowed are icons of fan art, like yours or someone else's Luna & Draco painting or doodle etc.
Edit: And please no NSFW manips. I forgot about this possibility. lol

Stephie, I take it I'm the one interested - well, I'm still interested, and I'm considering both your and jussy's ways of modding as examples/guides (especially when it comes to challenges).

And in case you start one on DW, you can find me there under the same name as here - sandy79. I'll definitely join any of your comms, no matter where.

That's great! Let me know when you would like to post a challenge - you don't have to wait until I quit if you want to start right away. I have a few more challenges in mind for this comm, but if you would like run a challenge soon, instead of waiting for me to be done with my last few ideas, that would be cool.

I'm already a member of icontalking, but I didn't know iconthat - thanks for pointing me in the direction! As for the challenges - I might jump in after this one here ends (just have to think about a good theme)
