Law. Oral communication of false statements injurious to a person's reputation.
A false and malicious statement or report about someone.

It cannont be applied to this situation. While I have a vague understanding of the problem i know both girls in this situation. It was written becasue aomeon is feelinn an intese emotion about someone else. It is not ment to ruin Morgan's rep. It is merely a public anouncement of anger with someone. So who makes you so qualified to censor someone? and I'll make sure I get your premission to post my opinions since you seem to be all knowing abouit what is right and what isn't. SO before you sue someone you may wish to brush up on the first admendment.

It was a false and malicious statement about someone. Check out synonyms for slander. Malign. Defined as: To make evil, harmful, and often untrue statements about; speak evil of. Yeah. same thing. Still applies. I do have a full understanding of the events and know both girls cause I was there and have evidence. You were not. No offense, but not your fight. I am censoring no one. My only "qualification" is knowing where boundaries are to be placed. Read my posts, obviously I don't do a lot of censoring except to, o wait, not tear up someone even if I hate them. I know the law, and don't pull this bull shit on me. If I wasn't tired I would maybe try and prove how to win the case. If ya knew me, which you don't, you might know that I am the last person on the planet to censor anyone's opinions. The end. No more shit. It is done and is dealt with.
