I was actually thinking bartender girl was an incarnation of Dean (because Dean didn't want him to remember Hell and the girl didn't seem to want him to remember) but then when soulless!Sam said there were other incarnations of Sam out there I thought maybe she was an incarnation of Sam, but the way she was standing by the car made me think of Ruby so I was thinking she was a representation of blood/power-addicted Sam or something. But no-she was just a random girl soulless Sam killed. (I still loved Sam's mind-world though)

I'm pretty sure after Sam woke up from his coma he stole one of Bobby's cars to get there-we just didn't see it.

I choose to believe that Sam just sprinted. The whole way.

It would rock if bartender girl was Sam's unconscious representation of Dean, because IMAGINE THE PORN. OH THE SWEET BEAUTIFUL PORN.

I'm still recovering from that unexpected emotional payoff. *weeps, clutches all Sams within reach*

Only for Sam and Dean would it be a sign of love and devotion to leave a gun tucked under your brother's comatose hand. I'm not even 100% sure that Dean was doing that so Sam would have a weapon. I think he did it on instinct, like he'd tucked up wee!Sam thousands of times with a teddy bear.

Sam having split personalities and having to reintegrate was like a dream come true. I want the seams between the various Sam's to be unstable and problematic in s7.

Okay, I love you for this. I love this.

Mmmmmmmm yes, S7 barely-integrated personality juggling = A++
